1) Brokerage agreement (with the platform)
The user expressly requests that we begin the brokerage service before the withdrawal period expires. The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the brokerage service has been fully rendered (§ 356 para. 4 of the German Civil Code). Until then, the user may withdraw; compensation may be claimed for any partial services already rendered.

2) Parking contract (with the provider)
The cancellation/withdrawal policies of the chosen provider apply. However, the platform allows free cancellation with a 100% refund up to 24 hours before the submission deadline (unless the provider's terms are more favorable).

3) Procedure
Cancellation/withdrawal via customer account or by email to info@parke-n.de (please include booking number). Refunds will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
