Payment processing & debt collection
Payments are received by Parken Solutions VS GmbH on behalf of and for the account of the provider (collection authorization). Your payment obligation to the provider is fulfilled upon payment to us (§ 362 BGB). Refunds are issued to the same payment method. Accepted payment methods are as configured by Stripe (e.g., cards, wallets, giropay, Sofort).
Security
Stripe is PCI-DSS certified; sensitive payment data is not stored on our servers.
Invoicing
The provider will issue the invoice for the parking service. The platform operator's intermediary service may be billed separately, if indicated.
