Until when can I cancel free of charge?
After completing your booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all important information, including directions and contact details of the parking provider. Please also check your spam folder.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you don't find the email there, you can log in to the login area (if you are registered) with your email address and view the booking there. Alternatively, contact our customer service.
You park your car with your booked provider and are then taken directly to the terminal by a free shuttle bus. Upon your return, the shuttle will conveniently take you back to your vehicle.
With valet service, you drive directly to the terminal. There, you hand your vehicle over to an employee of the parking provider. They will park your car securely in your reserved parking space. Upon your return, your vehicle will be waiting for you at the terminal.
